What Does That Mean

This instant spell gives all your permanents hexproof (they can't be targeted by opponents' spells or abilities) and indestructible (they can't be destroyed) until the end of the turn.

You can cast it at instant speed, meaning you can use it even during an opponent's turn, like in response to a removal spell.
