What Does That Mean

You pick a permanent your opponent controls and shuffle it back into their library.

They then reveal their top card—if it's a permanent, they get to put it straight into play.

Why Is That Important

It's a way to temporarily remove a threat while potentially giving your opponent something back.

The gamble works in your favor if they reveal a land or other weak card, or if you're playing a deck that benefits from your opponent playing creatures.
